Using traditional cheesemaking techniques and minimal ingredients, we create creamy, aged, and mould-ripened cheezes. Handmade in micro batches, each step of the production, from soaking to packing, is a labour of love. Our authentic taste and texture are achieved by combining the highest quality organic cashew nuts with traditional techniques and plant-based cultures, inspired by classic dairy products.

Our cashews from Burkina Faso are organic, fair trade and entirely processed then packaged within the national borders, reducing significantly CO2 emissions, while contributing to fighting poverty and social instability in Africa. With fair wages, job opportunities, training programs and a safe workflow, the factory supports the expansion of schools and other social institutions on the continent. In 2018, our supplier had 1,540 workers, 80% of whom were women, supporting their families and contributing to positive change in their communities.

The protein of the future must embody the principles of clean eating, nutrition, sustainability, and deliciousness. Our vacuum packaging, made from ecologically friendly materials such as paper, eucalyptus fiber, cassava, and corn starch, is 100% plant-based and home compostable.

Over the last six years, we've dedicated ourselves to creating a product that can rival and surpass traditional cheese in a way that's ethical and sustainable, all without sacrificing flavor - making it even more delicious! This journey has led to the establishment of our plant-based cheeze company, Casheury, and the start of our amazing adventure! All our cheezes are completely free from dairy, lactose, gluten, or soy, and are made without any thickeners, gums, or artificial preservatives.
