Vegetable composition of traditional mackerel in tomatoes, based on a 30-year-old recipe from a former Polish fish processing plant. Delicate aromas of algae in a melange with a pleasant-tasting oil and the acidity of organic tomatoes give a perfect finish, accentuating the vegetable protein texture of peas and broad beans.
